How to order

To order a custom video spokesperson log into your account and launch the video player by selecting add or change a video buttons

Once you select the Persona in the player, press the custom button and follow the instructions. A WebSPleam team member or partner will contact you to discuss details.

Specifications for video

We highly recommend that the script is actually read to determine its length. We believe that short and concise scripts work much better than long detailed scripts.

Unless otherwise instructed the model will wear the same clothing and perform similarly to the Persona style in the player

In the WebSPlean system the video sizes are fixed at 416 x 394 for message videos and 416 x 512 for greeting videos. All greeting videos are full body while message videos are 1/2 body. The model will walk in on greeting videos but will be in place for message videos.

The Video Shoot

Scripts must be sent to the model at least 1 day prior to the scheduled recording session. We request that no changes to the script be made on the day of the shoot.

The client may preview the video shoot via a webcam. Your computer must be set up with Skype to communicate with the studio.

Allow a week to schedule the model and 3-5 days for the video to be ready after the video shoot.

Once the video has been uploaded, it will show up in the player under 'Main' as a 'Custom' item. It will only show up when the owner of the video is signed in.
